PAYNET™ is a regional e-payment processing service, providing acquirers and merchants in Middle East and North Africa (MENA) with a flexible , scalable solution with nominal investment. PAYNET™ is owned and operated by a joint venture formed by Visa Jordan Card Services, LLC. (VJCS) and Specialized Technical Services, LLC. (STS). PAYNET™ is a managed e-payment processing service providing acquirers and merchants with secure, low-cost, scalable, and comprehensive processing for major payment card brands and direct bank account debit over the Internet, enabling several applications including: e-commerce, e-government, electronic bill payment, donations, account top-ups and business to business applications, only to mention a few BackOffice SystemAcquirers and merchants are granted with remote access to the PAYNET secure web-based administrative console. This console enables each to execute all tasks necessary for running a full fledged e-payment service with virtually no involvement of the PAYNET administration staff. PAYNET sends ACQUIRER a frequent settlement file in order to be pulled by acquirers relevant system(s), to handle clearing with merchants.The Acquirer handles the first line communication and support with merchants. This includes contract signing, fees management, settlement, help desk, and other relevant services. PAYNET™ may also refer potential merchants and acquirers to each other. PAYNET offers training for the acquirer administrative staff on all the relevant administrative functions exposed to them through the web. Relevant sessions are held at PAYNET’s training facilities in Amman or Dubai. Onsite training can also be arranged.PAYNET provides 24/7 remote support (Phone or Email) to different inquiries in both Arabic and English.
