ISC along with STS innovative payment solution; PayONE™ is a mature platform of products that using up-to-date technology and successfully implemented to power various mission critical solutions in the financial and Telco sectors. Moreover, PayONE™ is powering two national payment gateways; “PAYNET” in Jordan and “Q-Pay” in Qatar, and is successfully deployed by many banks in the region. ISC also provides Local POS technical & implementation Support, application development, terminal customization as well as certification with several eVoucher and Banking host systems. ISC managed to spread more than 4,000 terminals in Qatar to cater for different schemes. ISC has a technical support center that provides support to our customers in Qatar. Additionally, ISC involvement in day-to-day operation of payment processing services powered by PayONE™ (e.g. “Q-Pay” in Qatar), gave us a competitive edge in a sense that we gained more appreciation to the needs of the local markets from the perspective of a service provider. This obviously helped Ideal Solutions fine-tune is solutions and products features and exposed us to best practices of implementing and operating such systems.

As a full solution for our customers, Ideal Solutions is proposing HYPERCOM EFT POS terminals and PayONE™ Voucher Server. Solution’s Success Factors Ideal Solutions offers a Solution with the following performance specifications:

• Scalability: where the Solution shall be developed to serve large number of concurrent users.

• Availability: The Solution shall support the high availability setup to leverage the existing HW clustering mechanism. The Solution also shall support the disaster recovery requirements.

• Reliability: The Solution shall be designed in a way that guarantees an acceptable response of the payment gateway (if any).

• Expandability: The Solution architecture shall consider the future possibility of expansion STS designs and develops its Solutions based on open standards using J2EE technology in a multi-tier architecture.

This will provide the Solution with the openness and expandability features, in a way that the response time is between 2-6 seconds (excluding the dialup time), which address the reliability of the solution. For the availability, the Solution is able to support the High Availability and the Disaster Recovery setups, given the environment application servers and the database servers and the other third party applications support the high availability and clustering setups. ISC is the sole partner of STS in Qatar and as we are a leading national IT Solutions Provider specialized in Enterprise Systems and System Integration. ISC will be contributing in supplying the System Components, participating in the System Implementation, and performing local On-Site System Support.
